How do I start a focus session?

Tap the sunflower on the home screen, choose a duration, optionally add a focus label, and tap "Plant" to begin. Your sunflower will bloom as you stay focused.

What happens if I leave the app during a session?

Your timer continues running in the background. When you return, your sunflower's growth will reflect your total elapsed focus time.

How do I manage my subscription?

Go to Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions on your iPhone to manage, upgrade, or cancel your Sunflower Focus subscription.

How do I restore my purchase?

Open Sunflower Focus, go to Settings, and tap "Restore Purchases." Your subscription will sync automatically with your Apple ID.

Can I use Sunflower Focus for free?

Yes! The core Pomodoro timer and sunflower bloom experience are available for free. A Pro subscription unlocks additional plant varieties, extended session durations, and more features.

My data — is it backed up?

All your data is stored locally on your device. It is included in your standard iCloud/iTunes backups. We do not store any data on our servers.
