By downloading or using Sunflower Focus ("the App"), you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.
Futuron Inc grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes, subject to these Terms and the Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions.
Access to Sunflower Focus requires a yearly auto-renewing subscription. The localized price and billing period shown in the App come directly from Apple's App Store.
Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase. The subscription automatically renews unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current yearly period. You can manage or cancel it from the App using Apple's subscription management interface or in your Apple ID account settings.

The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Sunflower Focus is a productivity tool and does not guarantee specific productivity outcomes. Futuron Inc is not liable for any damages arising from your use of the App.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Futuron Inc shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, regardless of the cause of action.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Nevada, United States.
