By downloading or using Sunflower Focus ("the App"), you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.
Futuron Inc grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes, subject to these Terms and the Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions.
Sunflower Focus offers optional auto-renewing subscriptions to unlock premium features:
Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your Apple ID account settings.
Free trial periods, if offered, automatically convert to a paid subscription unless canceled before the trial ends. Unused portions of free trials are forfeited upon purchasing a subscription.

The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Sunflower Focus is a productivity tool and does not guarantee specific productivity outcomes. Futuron Inc is not liable for any damages arising from your use of the App.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Futuron Inc shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, regardless of the cause of action.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Nevada, United States.
